Whether its due to a power cut, or a spillage or for no apparent reason at all, Colin can usually determine how or why your computer has stopped functioning. He says "One of the biggest problems that my customers face here in Spain is power cuts. A sudden outage of power can corrupt hard disks and irrepairably damage motherboards and because technology moves on so very quickly it becomes more difficult to replace a major item, such as a motherboard, without having to replace other crucial items such as the memory and processor. It is vital therefore that people invest in power surge protectors which, for a reasonable cost, can help to prevent these problems."

If you have any problem with your computer, Colin will provide a call out service and will aim to visit you as soon as possible to determine the cause of the problem and advise you on the best remedy
Minimum call out charge €10 (to cover fuel costs and if problem is solves within 30 mins there is no further charge) then thereafter
€60 for a full computer service - which includes re-formatting the hard drive and full clean up of the system and will usually solve issues such as a lack of speed within the programmes and frequent 'pop ups'.
